General terms and conditions
All prices are shown in Euro ex winery for private customers. They include all taxes and fees. Bottling and packing are included and also the statutory Austrian waste disposal charges for bottles and cartons.
All prices shown are subject to alteration without notice. Orders and reservations can be cancelled within 14 days. The customer remains responsible for the cost of goods already shipped, for freight costs already incurred, and for the cost of returning goods.
Free delivery within Austria for orders of 24 bottles or more, for smaller orders we charge € 9.00 for the shipment.
Shipment to Germany: Free delivery for orders of 24 bottles or more, for smaller orders we charge € 18.00 for the shipment.
Shipment to Zone 3: Finland, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia: We charge € 2.00 per bottle to one delivery address.
Delivery Zone 4: United Kingdom, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Greece: We charge € 3.00 per bottle to one delivery address.
Customers from other countries: please contact us.
The customer is responsible for making sure that the appropriate regulations of the country of import have been met. All costs of customs and import clearance at the expense of the buyer.

Invoices are payable immediately on receipt, and without deduction. Interest of 12 % will be charged on overdue accounts. In cases where our terms and conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to ask for payment in advance for future orders. Payments must be made to our office in Frauenkirchen. Place of jurisdiction: Neusiedl am See.
Customers may pay by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). Your personal data will be treated with the utmost security.
Privacy policy: we observe the terms of the current Austrian and European Data Protection Acts. Under no circumstances will personal data be passed to third parties.

Advance reservations: we reserve the right to limit reservations in order to be able to offer our rare wines to other customers. Orders are confirmed only when you receive an invoice from us, or written confirmation.
Tasting and sale at the winery: in order to avoid disappointment, please book your visit to us in advance. Tel. 0043/2172/24 400. We are usually open Monday to Friday 9 a.m to 6 p.m. Saturdays 10 a.m to 5 p.m. The winery is closed on Sundays and Austrian public holidays.
