Pumpkin seed oil
Pumpkin-seed oil has a delicious nutty-earthy taste. It pairs exceptionally well with salads, sauces, soups, spreads and pasta dishes (as pumpkin-seed pesto). It can also used in cake and bread baking. Careful warming does not detriment the pumpkin-seed oil aroma, and it is tasty with scrambled egg.
